Summer 2010, Hoge Veluwe National Park forest, the Netherlands. Mushrooms come in such a rich variety of sizes, shapes, colors, textures. During my wanderings through the forest I discovered more and more mushrooms that I had never seen before. And I had a lot of fun crawling on the ground with my camera in search of some interesting angles:) As for the orange slugs, I neither changed nor enhanced the colors. They really are that colorful!
